Every month, President Dittloff, the Officers and Trustees, along with our VIS Group, Inc., our Professional Management team, meet to discuss Capitol City Golf Club Estates and plan for the future. The meetings are usually scheduled for the third Thursday of every month.
Homeowners who would like to meet with the Board should contact VIS Group, Inc. to schedule time to discuss an important issue or to ask a question. Secretary Pam Dittloff publishes her Minutes every month and it is approved or corrected during the next month’s meeting—and then posted to this site. Visit our page to review past HOA Minutes, going back to 2012. (Some Minutes are missing, but the Board has a goal to publish all available as a historical archive for our community members and interested future home owners.)
