After much planning, discussion, and development by the Officers and Board of Directors, we’re pleased to announce the first official Paint Policy for CCGCE!

Attached to the policy are color swatches to be used as guidance. Please download this document and use it for all exterior painting in 2023, and beyond.
Once your colors have been selected, please be sure to also fill out the Updated Architectural Application (ACC) and submit the form for approval.
Note: An ACC application form is not only needed, but it is MANDATED BY THE Association’s Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R’s) for ALL projects that change the appearance of the house and/or lot. It is the Associations underlying goal to not only maintain our home values, but to also try and enhance them as well, by adhering to the standards prescribed by the CC&R’s. This Paint Policy supports this.
Owners may request a variance from the approved color palette from the Board, but any variance shall still be complementary to the colors of other residences in the Estates. The decision of the Board regarding any such variance in the Paint Policy request shall be final.
