The Officers and the CCGCE Board presented and approved a new property regulation in 2016, which applies to all homeowners wishing to add a cut-out parking area to their property.

Please DOWNLOAD and read the following 4-page document, if you have not already, so that you can be in compliance with this new CCGCE approved regulation. NOTE: All existing cut-outs are “grandfathered in” but subsequent modifications will need to be approved by our Architectural Committee.
