The City of Lacey Wastewater Department has updated our HOA with the latest, upcoming plans and the status of its project for homeowners here at CCGCE.
10/1/2021 UPDATE to 9/29 Update
We were able to pave today and the plan is for us to finish up the rest of this portion on Monday, weather dependent. Unfortunately, the two cul-de-sacs will be paved on Monday instead of today. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
9/29 Update
Due to the weather, paving is now currently planned for Friday 10/1 and Monday 10/4, still weather dependent. The updated map shows the updated days. The plan is that we will be doing the yellow highlighted area the first day and the pink highlighted area the second day.
Reminder, during paving, we ask that any vehicles parked in the roadways be moved to an area that is not being paved. Access to these roads will be limited to local traffic only and access to individual driveways will be restricted during the paving process until the asphalt is cool enough to drive over.
