Governor Inslee has announced new restrictions for businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our offices will not be open to the public from Tuesday, November 17, 2020 to Monday, December 14th, 2020 or until further notice. Also, part of our employees will have to work remotely to comply with the new restrictions and our staff availability may be impacted as a result of that.

If you would like to meet with your Community Manager in case of emergency, please write or call in to schedule an appointment. Due to high call volumes, the wait time for a response may take longer than usual. To reduce wait time, please provide your association and name in the voicemail/subject line of your email.
Lastly, we have a drop box outside of our Lacey office. While we can not take responsibility for anything that is dropped off, we check it on a daily basis and you can use it to deliver your documents, forms and payments if you do not want to mail them in.
