a drop-in Membership Input Session

This special session is being scheduled for the Association’s Membership to provide input and thought to the DRAFT documents that were distributed to all Lot Owners in October, 2018. The session will be be an informal “drop in.”

The Committee has already developed an alternative to what was in the DRAFT version. The overall intent of this now two year undertaking has been to make the Association’s chief operating documents more representative of the current times and to be in complete alignment with the recent changes to the Revised Code of Washington (RCW’s).
All Lot owners are encouraged to drop by and give the Committee their input. The intent is to develop a final version and distribute them to the Membership by Spring 2019 for final consideration.
In the interim, the Association will continue to use and abide by the 2005 CCR’s and Bylaws.
