Notice Was Sent to Capitol City Golf Club Estates Homeowners Regarding Upcoming Paving on the East Side
Please find the paving notice below, please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
March 24, 2021
Dear Resident:
The Capitol City Golf Course East Water & Wastewater Improvements project has reached the point where the contractor will begin paving another portion of the project where the water and wastewater infrastructure have been completed. This area is limited to 61st Ave SE, 63rd Ave SE and St. Andrews Dr SE. Please refer to the site map on the reverse side of this letter for the paving area highlighted in yellow.
Paving operations are currently scheduled for Friday March 26, 2021, but is weather dependent. If paving operations need to be postponed, they will begin at the next available paving window after the paving preparation has been completed. In the event that paving will be postponed, we will send out another e‐mail notification and as well as update the City website and PCMS boards accordingly.
During paving, we ask that any vehicles parked in the roadways be moved to an area that is not being paved. Access to these roads will be limited to local traffic only. Access to individual driveways will be restricted during the paving process until the asphalt is cool enough to drive over.
Please visit the City of Lacey website www.ci.lacey.wa.us/project-updates (Project Updates & Alerts) for updates, any changes to the paving schedule will be posted here.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Keven Inman at (360) 239-0333. Thank you for your continued patience as we complete this project.
Sincerely,
Jason Kashani
Utility Engineer
