President Dittloff reports: The Capitol City Golf Club Estates HOA has been awarded a grant from the City of Lacey in the amount of $1,391.00 to install traffic calming street markings at several high traffic locations at Capitol. The grant will cover approximately one half the total cost of $2,783.31
The Capitol City Board of Trustees pursued the grant after receiving numerous complaints about speeding traffic and the danger that those cars presented to pedestrian and golf cart use of our streets.
