A PREVIEW OF CCGCE’s ANNUAL MEETING
& ELECTION—NOW TUES. NOV. 29th

The General Meeting will start with an Open Forum with the usual rules, in place.
We ask that all members who speak limit their comments to three minutes. When time is up the speaker may finish their sentence. Board members will be allowed an opportunity to briefly respond to any comments.
If a member wishes a longer discussion of an issue they should contact a Board Member or Vantage so that that issue can be placed on the Agenda.
Common rules of decorum are observed which includes not using profane language and not interrupting people who have been acknowledged as having the floor.
Members will be allowed to also speak when specific new issues are being considered by the Board but not on consent actions or reports.
Once the formal meeting has started members are encouraged to observe but do not have the right to join in on any Board deliberation or discussion.

- Validation of Quorum of Owners
- Presidents Address 2016 in Review with 2017 Projects and Objectives
- Treasurer’s Address with 2016 Year in Review and 2017 Presentation & Ratification
- Board of Director Election – 4 positions are open
The meeting will start with an Open Forum from 6:00 PM until 6:30 PM. At the beginning of the meeting at 6:30PM there will be an introduction of the Board and Vantage Representatives.
