MY 2016 PLEDGE TO MEMBERS

Dear Friends, Neighbors and Homeowners,

Thanks for visiting our web site. We hope you find the information posted here helpful and informative. Your Board has been busy planning and organizing, since our last Annual Meeting and Elections in Fall of 2015.

As your President, I pledge to you:

  • A businesslike approach to community affairs
  • Consistent and equitable application of all governing documents of the community
  • Long-term approach and view of the community
    • Successful completion of Board Projects
    • Better communication between the Membership and the Board through an enhanced web site
    • Successful sponsorship of one community wide event (Community Wide Garage Sale August 13th, 2016)
    • The provision of a Reserve Study
    • The cleaning of all Mailboxes
    • The cleaning of all storm drains
    • Repair or replace all necessary traffic signs
    • Completion of all necessary road maintenance activities
    • Implementation of a new Vehicle Cut Out Parking Spaces Standard  (to be discussed during our May 2016 Board Meeting)

Are you planning any architectural improvements, repairs or painting your home? In order to ensure your plans meet the CC&Rs, you’ll need to have your plans, paint colors, etc., approved by our Architectural Committee. We have a form for you to fill out and send to Vantage Community Management, so that it will be reviewed by your Architectural Committee.
