At the last regular Board Meeting on August 20, 2016, VIS Community Manager Scott Roth reported that the Capitol City Golf Club Estates HOA has now received just over 83 of the 282 affirmative votes necessary towards the passage of the new 2026 Declarations. That document would allow the construction of a new deep water well that the City of Lacey states is necessary and the incorporation of changes that the State of Washington has mandated in how the CCGCE HOA operates.
Excerpted from our Summer-Fall Newsletter:
If you have not already voted you can do so by going to the City of Lacey web page: click here, or using your smart phone, hold the camera over the below QR Code and follow the links to the correct page.

The drop-down accordian link with the title, “Source 4 Supplemental Well Project” opens up when clicked and at the bottom of that block is a dropdown PDF of a Voting Packet, and below that, an accordian link titled, “Capitol City Golf Club Estates HOA Voting Ballot,” which is also downloadable for you to vote, sign, and send to the City of Lacey. Or, as the flyer states, go to the Capitol City Golf Club, Fire Creek Grill, to get copies of the ballot which you can drop in the ballot box, inside the main entrance.
