A couple of key points for this meeting and in this mailing are the 2022 budget and the election of officers for which the Association needs volunteers. These are crucial items that require your attention and your vote.
If you cannot attend the meeting, you can still vote!
In this collection, you will find a form to nominate yourself or your neighbors to the Board of Directors, as well as a proxy form to vote on all these key points.
If you lost these forms in the mail, please fill out and return to us no later than Thursday, November 11th. Nominations for Trustees will be taken from the floor.
Please review the 2022 Budget, which you will be asked to ratify at the meeting. As you can see the assessments will remain the same for 2022 at $160.00 bi-annually, due January 1st, 2022, and July 1st, 2022.
